La Cour aux Bourgeois, the original Toddler Holiday destination, is a rambling 17th century farmhouse in the heart of the Calvados countryside. Built from Caen stone its exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling fireplaces are packed full of character and it has been lovingly renovated and equipped with enormous attention to detail.
Decorated in an eclectic mix of French and English country styles the 3 gîtes create a stylish yet comfortable and cosy atmosphere designed to meet the needs of children and parents alike. They are equipped with all home comforts including WIFI, satellite TV (all BBC channels including Cbeebies) and a library of DVDs for children and parents. There is also a communal laundry with free washing machine.
The property is situated in approximately three acres of land with the three gîtes and playbarn arranged around a central grassed courtyard. The playbarn includes a 12ft trampoline, soft play area, ride-on toys and climbing frame – the perfect venue to entertain early risers whilst at least one of you gets a lie-in. Behind the playbarn, set in the orchard, is an enclosed outdoor play area including wooden play equipment and giant sandpit with permanent sunshade.

La Cour aux Bourgeois is situated in the small village of Villers Canivet just a five minute drive to Falaise where you will find two large supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks. It is within 30 minutes of the coast and 20 minutes of Caen.
