Both gîtes have an identical layout and each one sleeps up to 8 people over three floors

Ground floor :

• Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer)
• Open plan living room with dining area (with french windows leading into the private garden) including high chair
• Lounge area with leather sofas, TV and DVD player
• W.C.

Staircase (protected top and bottom by stair gates) leads to the First Floor:

• 1  twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, shower, sink, toilet) + 1 change table - extra beds or cots can be added
• 1  twin bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower, sink, toilet) - extra beds or cots can be added

Staircase (protected top and bottom by stair gates) leads to the Second floor:

• 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower, sink, toilet)
  
• 1  twin bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower, sink, toilet)
  

Additional beds and cots can be added to certain rooms on request at extra charge.

Outside:  

• Each gite has a private fenced garden of 300m2 with garden furniture, terrace and barbecue
• In front of the gîtes is an enclosed courtyard area of 500 m2, (ideal for playing petanque-French Boules).
• Grounds of 7 hectares
