Gîte 1

With its exposed stone and painted beams this light, spacious, stylish gîte offers a view of the courtyard from one side and the orchard from the other. There’s plenty of space for the children to play on the lounge floor whilst you relax on the comfy sofas and because it’s across one floor means there are no stairs for unsteady walkers or crawlers to negotiate (please note there is a small step up between the living and bedroom areas).

Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children over one floor

Situated across one floor the accommodation comprises:

Three bedrooms:

• 1 Double (with enough room for a travel cot if required)
• 1 Twin room with additional toddler bed
• 1 Nursery (with full-size wooden cot and change table)
• Bathroom (bath, shower, sink)
• Separate toilet

Large living area with:

• Well equipped corner kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.
• Comfortable lounge area with television and DVD player
• Dining area including high chair/booster seat

Shutters on all windows make the bedrooms suitable for children used to sleeping in a very dark room.
